HOUSE RULES

• No pets allowed in house.

• No smoking in house.

• No food or drink in bedrooms.

• No parties or events allowed.

• No unregistered guests or visitors allowed to stay overnight.

• Turn off all electronics when you leave.

• Keep the air conditioner set to 68 degrees or higher.

• Feminine products should not be flushed down the toilet.

• Use the provided hot pads and do not place hot plates or pans directly on the kitchen surface.

•  Please turn off all lights when leaving.

• Rinse sand off downstairs and keep all sand buckets/toys on lower patio.

Check Out Instructions

- Check out time is 10 am

- Place all used towels in the hall bathtub. 

- Load dirty dishes and start dishwasher. 

- Remove all food from refrigerator & freezer. 

- Remove all trash and place in large trash can downstairs.

- Leave golf cart with a full tank of gas. 

- Turn off lights and electronics when you leave. 

- Set AC to 75 degrees.
